Armstrong was one of the all time greats–seems we’re losing the old time talents with nothing comparable in the present times.
I will ditto you on that, Micki. I don’t even know who are the top-ranked recording artists of today. I still live in the past musically:>)
One of my favourites of all time – and not just because of his music. He was one of the only black icons to speak up about civil rights in the heat of those times.
One of the best songs ever by an incredible musician. And there really isn’t anyone that comes close to this talent today.
